Chloe LessardChloe Lessard is a San Francisco native and concurrent graduate student in Public Health (Epidemiology/Biostatistics) and Journalism interested in infectious disease, women's health, and bioethics. She graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's in Neurobiology and Physiology in 2015. Lessard has been drawn to women's health from her experience reporting on policy, health care access, and PrEP use in California. Last year, she reported on traditional birth houses and doula work in Tokyo, Japan, and worked as assistant producer for a Bay Area science audio series called Science Today. In her spare time, Chloe likes to take butoh dance classes, read novels, and consume lots of coffee.
